Dear Doornkop Fish and Wildlife Reserve

Congratulations!  Doornkop Fish & Wildlife has earned RCI GOLD CROWN RESORT status for the 2008/9. This award is presented to your resort in recognition of your superior resort facilities and services as rated by RCI members through the RRP Program. Doornkop was also a nominee in the Top 5 Gold Crown Resort of the Year – Small Category(1-29 units).

You, and your staff are to be commended for your extraordinary commitment to quality and service.

You have been selected to this prestigious group of resorts based on a 12-month(Sept ‘08-Aug’09) compilation of exchange-guest assessments of resort quality, service delivery, and overall holiday experiences, plus an on-site evaluation of resort facilities and amenities.

RCI values the partnership we have with you.  This award program is part of our commitment to strengthening our partnership in order to meet and exceed the vacation needs of your owners and guests and our members.

Again, congratulations to you and your entire staff from all of us at RCI. Thank you for your valued partnership, your ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, and your dedication to a growing and vibrant timeshare industry.

Best wishes for continued success!

Kind Regards
