RCI uses guest feedback through Member Comment Cards to determine these awards. Guests rate their experience in five key areas: check-in and check-out, hospitality, resort maintenance, unit maintenance, and unit housekeeping. These scores are collected over a full 12-month period to ensure consistency.
Beyond reviews, RCI also considers the overall resort offering, including amenities, guest services, unit features, maintenance, and presentation. It’s a full-picture approach that ensures the award truly reflects the guest experience.
